Roger brings 30 years’ experience to the BPM education and consulting assignments he has delivered in Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Jordan, Nigeria, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, New Zealand, United Arab Emirates, and the USA. His working life involves talking, thinking, and writing about analysis, improvement, innovation, and management of business processes. Roger is a regular BPTrends columnist, and author of Practical Process (2013), co-author of Establishing the Office of Business Process Management (2011), and contributed the chapter Business Process Standardization in The International Handbook on BPM (2010, 2015). With Paul Harmon, Roger edited Questioning BPM? (2016). Roger’s iconic book, Reimagining Management, was published in early 2017, and in the same year, Process Precepts involved a global team discussing the process of management.

She is responsible for leading the architecture and deployment of supply chain platforms, applications, project portfolio management, and business development activity.

Mariela has developed strong partnerships with leading global vendors to leverage their expertise and augment Brightstar’s internal information technology capabilities. Prior to her current appointment, Mariela was the Chief Information Officer (Asia Pacific) at Brightpoint/Ingram Micro. Mariela has over 30 years of IT experience across multiple sectors and Australasia.

Mariela holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Computing & Information Systems) from the University of Western Sydney and a Masters of Business Administration from Charles Sturt University.

Umit Tacay is an accomplished technologist and the current CTO of ANATAS at the FTS Group. He started his career as a consultant in Netherlands before moving to England. While there, Umit was involved in introducing EAI and BPM in an organisation across 13 European countries. After returning to Australia, Umit worked as an SOA and Enterprise Architect, delivering multiple SOA Solutions and building Integration Practice Teams. Umit is a qualified trainer for SOA, Cloud and Big Data and is currently leading the DevOps Practice at ANATAS.

Sam Pluck

Through involvement in mergers, acquisitions, and many operating model and technology transformations he has come to appreciate the need for new approaches to business transformation in complex environments. Sam’s favourite spot for reflecting on all this is at home on the Gold Coast with his wife and two sons.

Bruce McDonald

Bruce has 30 years’ experience working with public and private sector entities across three continents. Prior to joining Litmus Group as a Partner Bruce had a long career at PwC, 22 years as a Partner where he was a member of the Consulting Leadership team as well as leading the development of that firm’s Operations Group responsible for all transformation services. The process and technology work Bruce has completed is extensive. Bruce leads our Performance Acceleration practice of which Business Process Management is an important component. He has worked with many organisations in implementing effective Business Process Managemet in both a transformation and stand alone environment in collaboration with his clients. He understands the significant contribution effective process design and implementation can make to the successful performance of an organisation.

Bruce is currently engaged in supporting a process supported transformation programme in a major electricity distribution company as well as helping an ASX Top 50 ASX group implement effective process management across its IT function.

Sandeep’s consulting takes him to both national and international destinations including the Americas, Middle East, New Zealand and the UK. He is often invited to speak at national and international conferences and is regarded as a contributor to the Business Process Management body of knowledge. He holds a Masters in Information Technology (BPM), an honours in Business Management and a diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
