The emergence of the digital economy has shifted the focus from an economy of corporations to an economy of people. Accelerated by rapid demographic and legislative developments, these environmental changes require new levels of transformational performance and related innovation capabilities. This is much needed as the digital age creates a threat to the current and future revenue base of corporations. This presentation will show how a digital mind and transformational governance can improve the revenue resilience of an organisation.
