Accelerated by rapid demographic and legislative developments, these environmental changes require new levels of transformational performance and related innovation capabilities. This is much needed as the digital age creates a threat to the current and future revenue base of corporations. This presentation will show how a digital mind and transformational governance can improve the revenue resilience of an organisation.
